Help with PHIZIE Huddle Getting started, your purchase, and how to reach us.

Huddle is built to stay out of your way. If something isn’t working, this page should get you sorted. If it doesn’t, email us.

First launch

  1. 1Get PHIZIE Huddle from the Microsoft Store. Start the free trial or buy it there. The Store installs it and keeps it updated.
  2. 2Read and accept the Terms. Huddle shows them on first launch, and again only if they change.
  3. 3There’s no license key to enter. Your purchase is tied to your Microsoft account.
  4. 4Click New AI Tab, pick an AI, and sign in on the AI’s own page. Huddle never shows you its own password form.
  5. 5Repeat for each AI you use. Want two accounts for the same AI? Open two tabs. They stay separate.

What you need

  • Windows 10 (version 1809 or later) or Windows 11, 64-bit
  • Your own accounts with the AI services you use
  • An internet connection for online AI services

User Guide

The User Guide explains every feature in plain English. It’s built into Huddle, and the same guide is here: read the User Guide online.

Your purchase

You buy PHIZIE Huddle once, in the Microsoft Store. Your purchase belongs to your Microsoft account, so there’s no license key to keep and no account with PHIZIE.

  • Moving to a new computer: sign in to the Microsoft Store with the same Microsoft account and install Huddle from your Library.
  • Reinstalling: install it again from the Microsoft Store. You don’t pay again.
  • Moving your work: your rooms and conversations live on the old computer. Copy them over before you retire it.
  • Refunds: the Microsoft Store handles them. See our Refunds page.
  • Anything else: email support@phizie.com. A person will help.

Common questions

Does PHIZIE Huddle include AI, or do I need my own accounts?

You need your own accounts. Huddle doesn’t sell or include AI. You sign in to ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Perplexity or any other AI on its own page, the same way you would in a browser, and Huddle keeps them organized.

Is there a subscription?

No. PHIZIE Huddle is a one-time purchase from the Microsoft Store, with a 7-day free trial. No subscription is required to keep using it.

Does it work on a Mac, or on Linux?

PHIZIE Huddle is a Windows app, for Windows 10 and Windows 11 (64-bit).

Where is my data kept?

On your computer. Huddle keeps its records in its own app folder and never uploads them to PHIZIE.

An AI signed me out or asked me to sign in again. Is that Huddle?

Usually not. Each AI decides how long a sign-in lasts. Huddle keeps each AI’s session separate and saves it between restarts, but the AI service can still ask you to sign in again on its own schedule.

Does PHIZIE see my passwords or my conversations?

No. You sign in on each AI’s own page. Huddle’s own record of your conversations is stored on your computer only. Nothing is sent to PHIZIE unless you choose to send us a report.

Do I need to be online?

To use online AI services, yes. AIs running on your own computer work without the internet.

Something went wrong

Inside Huddle, open the ••• menu and choose Send feedback. It opens your email app with your build details filled in, never your conversations, and you press Send. Or email support@phizie.com and tell us what happened.
